Why you'll love it

With both parmesan & cheddar cheese, this is the perfect side dish to a Southern-style meal.

What you need:

chicken broth cornmeal plain Greek yogurt parmesan cheese cheddar cheese

Boil

Bring the broth to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Add the cornmeal and reduce to a simmer.

Cook the grits for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove grits from heat and add Greek yogurt, parmesan and cheddar cheese.

Mix

Mix well and serve immediately.
