Cheese  Soufflé

Why you'll love it

This cheese soufflé is easy to make and oh so delicious. It turns out perfect every time.

What you need:

unsalted butter parmesan cheese all-purpose flour heavy cream paprika gruyere cheese sherry vinegar dijon mustard egg yolks egg whites cream of tartar

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 375℉. Butter a casserole dish & add 3 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese. Turn dish so that parmesan covers bottom and sides.

Whisk

Add butter & flour to pan & cook until paste has formed. Add heavy cream. Whisk until thickened. Transfer cream to a bowl & mix in dry seasonings.

Mix

Mix in shredded gruyere and remaining parmesan cheese. Add egg yolks to the cheese mixture & combine. Mix egg whites with cream of tartar.

Serve

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cheese mixture. Then transfer into the greased souffle dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
