graham cracker crumbs

cream cheese
sugar
light brown sugar

Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crust ingredients. Pour into prepared springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool for 30 minutes.

Mix
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Add cream cheese to stand mixer & whip until light & fluffy. Add sugar, seasonings & vanilla. Combine well.

Pour
Add the eggs one at a time. Mix & set aside. Pour 1 cup of caramel sauce onto cooled crust. Add the apples & pour the cheesecake batter over top.

Serve
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Â Then turn off oven, crack door & let sit for 30 min. Remove & refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Add caramel sauce before serving!
