Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Topped with your favorite toppings,  this is the perfect appetizer!

What you need:

chicken breast cream cheese greek yogurt buffalo sauce  honey red bell pepper cheddar cheese  tortilla chips  blue cheese crumbles pickled vegetables

Prepare Veggies

Prepare quick pickled vegetables by placing ingredients in a mason jar, shake and then place in refrigerator! Then preheat oven to 350.

Bake Chicken

Place chicken on baking sheet and season. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, add to a bowl and shred with 2 forks.

Mix

Place cream cheese, yogurt, hot sauce & honey into a bowl. Beat until everything is creamed together then add shredded chicken and mix until combined.

Bake

Assemble nachos & then bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove from oven & top with pickled veggies & blue cheese crumbles.
