Combine marinade and pour over chicken. Marinate for 15-20 min. and heat large pot. Add butter & cook thighs. Cover with foil & set aside.

Remove burned bits & turn heat to medium. Add butter. Once melted, add flour, then slowly add milk to form roux. Add seasonings and combine.

Add noodles to pot and cook until al dente, stirring periodically. Cut chicken into cubes. Heat Frank's Hot Sauce in bowl & microwave until hot.

Serve
Slowly add the shredded cheese 1 cup at a time to the pot and stir until all the cheese has melted. Finally, fold the cubed buffalo chicken in and serve!
