Goat Cheese Appetizer

Goat cheese wrapped in blueberries to create the perfect blend of creamy, tangy, & fruity.

What you need:

olive oil yellow onion garlic kosher salt blueberries maple syrup fresh thyme goat cheese log

Boil

Heat oil until fragrant, add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional min. Add salt, blueberries, syrup, and thyme & bring to a boil.

Cool

Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10-15 min. Let cool for 10 min. then transfer it into a storage container. Refrigerate for 30 min.

Spread

Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a work surface, about 8×10 inches. Spread the blueberries into a rectangle on the plastic.

Serve

Place goat cheese log on top of the plastic wrap and roll tightly. Refrigerate for at least 30 min. Serve with your favorite crackers!
