Cream Cheese Pie

This blueberry cream cheese pie is the perfect summer dessert for any occasion.

What you need:

pie crust blueberries corn starch honey  lemon juice lemon zest  salt cream cheese 2% milk vanilla extract heavy cream

Bake

Preheat oven. Bake pie crust. Prepare blueberry filling - whisk water & cornstarch. Add other filling ingredients to saucepan & bring to a boil.

Simmer

Let simmer for 15-20 minutes, mashing & stirring. When thick, remove & let cool. Remove pie crust & let cool completely.

Whisk

Whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Make cream cheese mixture until smooth & set aside. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate

Add cream cheese mixture into pie crust. Top with blueberry filling and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then slice & serve with lemon zest.
