Beer Cheese Dip

Use your favorite beer in this beer cheese dip! This is the ultimate game day appetizer.

What you need:

butter all-purpose flour whole milk beer shredded mozzarella sharp cheddar cheese garlic powder stone ground mustard salt & pepper

Roux

First, make a roux by melting the butter. Once the butter is melted, whisk in the flour.

Beer

Crack open your favorite beer and slowly whisk it into the roux.

Milk & Cheese

Next, slowly whisk in the milk. Once the mixture is smooth, add in the cheese and spices.
