Bechamel Lasagna

Why you'll love it

Made from a simple meat sauce, bechamel sauce and layered to lasagna perfection.

What you need:

lasagna noodles red sauce ground beef Italian seasoning crushed tomatoes bechamel sauce all-purpose flour whole milk mozzarella cheese parmesan cheese fresh parsley

Cook

Cook lasagna noodles and set aside. Prepare meat sauce by cooking beef for 2-3 minutes. Add seasonings & cook an additional 2 minutes.

Simmer

Add tomatoes & bring sauce to a boil. Turn heat to low and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the tomato sauce reduces by about half.

Prepare

Prepare bechamel sauce until thick and creamy, remove the sauce from the heat. Prepare cheese for lasagna & preheat over to 350.

Bake

Assemble lasagna & cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the cover and bake for an 20-25 minutes or until the top of the lasagna is golden brown
