Breakfast  Sandwiches

Why you'll love it

Made with a toasted bagel, eggs, bacon, cream cheese, and some kind of veggie.

What you need:

uncooked bacon plain presliced bagels unsalted butter seasonings large eggs kosher salt ground black pepper cream cheese cheddar cheese

Cook

Preheat oven to 400℉. Lay the bacon across the top of the metal rack. Spray a second baking sheet with cooking spray and place the bagels & brush with butter.

Bake

Sprinkle bagel seasoning on top. Place baking sheets in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Depending on bacon thickness.

Whisk

Crack and whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add the salt and pepper & whisk again. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add butter & add eggs. Cook for 5-10 mins.

Serve

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of the bagel. Add scrambled eggs, bacon, and 1 slice of cheese. Top with the top of the bagel. Serve immediately.
