  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • whipped cream



  1. Place ice cream, cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of milk into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. If the milkshake still needs more liquid, add the remaining 1/4 cup of milk and blend again.
