Cook at 400ºF for 8 minutes.
Flip Wings
Then, flip the wings over, spray the second side with olive oil cooking spray and cook for an additional 7 minutes.

Add the chicken wings and toss to combine yum yum.

Air Fryer Tips & Tricks
Cook in Batches: whatever you do, cook your wings in batches. To get the best crispy wing, you want to make sure your wings are not touching.
Season After Air Frying: seasoning after air frying definitely works best. It also prevents all of your seasonings and cheese from getting burnt in the air fryer while the wings are cooking.
Fresh vs. Frozen Wings?
Are fresh or frozen chicken wings best for this recipe? There are lots of options out there when it comes to chicken wings, and we have some good and bad news for you:
Good news: You can buy either frozen or fresh chicken wings at the grocery store and either will work. Actually, we recommend buying them frozen because you’re more likely to find a drummies + wings combo frozen than fresh!
The other nice thing about buying them frozen is you’re more likely to be able to find the drummies and wings already separated instead of having to do it yourself, which is quite messy. We know this from experience ;D
Bad news: if you buy frozen wings, we recommend thawing them before cooking them in the air fryer. No worries, all you have to do is let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight and you’re ready to go!
The reason we recommend thawing before cooking in the air fryer is because it significantly cuts down on the cook time. Frozen chicken wings would take 30+ minutes to cook in the air fryer, and would require you to flip them every 5 minutes or so.
