Italian  Easter Pie

Why you'll love it

You'll love 3 varieties of meat with chopped asparagus and a creamy ricotta and egg filling.

What you need:

olive oil Italian sausage refrigerated pie crusts  prosciutto salami provolone cheese eggs ricotta cheese salt & pepper asparagus

Preheat

Heat olive oil in large pan. Add Italian sausage & fully cook. Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9-inch spring form pan with cooking spray. Add pie crust to pan.

Layer

Layer prosciutto along bottom of pie crust. Then layer salami & provolone cheese. Add eggs to a bowl. Add ricotta, salt, & pepper & whisk until combined.

Add

Fold in asparagus & Italian sausage. Add mix to pan & top with other pie crust. Roll sides inward & push into bottom crust.

Serve

Cut 4 slits into the top of the crust. Bake for 1 hour or until the center is 165℉. Cool for at least 45 minutes before serving.
