Mushroom Pasta

This creamy mushroom pasta is packed with amazing umami, herby and creamy flavors.

What you need:

rigatoni noodles olive oil yellow onion baby bella mushrooms fresh rosemary fresh thyme dry white wine cream cheese grated parmesan cheese unsalted butter panko breadcrumbs

Cook

Cook noodles & then prepare sauce. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onions & mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 min. Add seasonings & stir to combine!

Add Cheeses

Deglaze pan with white wine. Scrape bottom of pan. Add cheeses & break the cream cheese up and stir together until melted. Remove from heat.

Toast

Heat another skillet over medium/high heat and add the butter. When the butter has melted add the breadcrumbs. Stir often to toast.

Serve

Add the pasta to the mushroom sauce. Fold together until the pasta is completely coated. Top with the toasted bread crumbs and fresh basil.
