white rice
chicken broth
parmesan cheese
Heat Oil
Heat olive oil in a stockpot over medium/high heat. When the oil has becomes fragrant add the onion and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Simmer
Add the rice and salt to the pot and cook it for another minute. Add the broth to the rice and stir. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20 mins.

Add Cheese
Once broth has been absorbed, remove the pot from the heat and add the parmesan cheese. Stir until melted into the rice.

Serve
Serve it with your favorite protein or as a quick lunch throughout the week.
