Cream Cheese Bars

Why you'll love it

Lemon-y and creamy cheesecake filling sits between a buttery crescent roll dough layer.

What you need:

crescent roll tubes cream cheese  powdered sugar granulated sugar lemons vanilla extract unsalted butter

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a casserole dish with butter. Open crescent rolls & cover the bottom of the dish with the flattened dough. Set aside.

Mix

Place cream cheese, sugars, zest, lemon juice, & vanilla into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Spread onto the crescent roll dough & evenly spread it out.

Sprinkle

Cover cream cheese mix with the 2nd tube pf crescent rolls. Pinch seams together. Melt butter. Brush top of dough. Sprinkle sugar on top.

Serve

Bake for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
