Pizza with  Hash Brown Crust

You’ll love this breakfast pizza that’s made completely in a cast iron skillet.

What you need:

bacon unsalted butter eggs salt  ground black pepper yellow onion green bell pepper shredded hash browns cheddar cheese

Cook

Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and reserve 2 tablespoons of grease for sautéing the peppers and onions. While the bacon is cooking, prepare the eggs.

Add

Add grease to the pan with the onions and peppers. Cook for 4-5 minutes until soft.. Remove & set aside. Add hash browns to pan & cook for 15 minutes.

Flip

Add butter to skillet & add hash browns back into skillet. Cook for 10 minutes. Then use a spatula to gently loosen from pan.

Serve

Layer top of hash browns cheese, onions and peppers, bacon, eggs, and the remaining cheddar. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted.
