This 6-ingredient homemade cheese spread comes together in 15 minutes flat.

What you need:

Cheddar cheese Pepper jack cheese Cream cheese Half and half Kosher salt Paprika

Blend

Place all of the cheeses and seasonings into a food processor or a blender that has a mini tamper. Blend for 1 minute & then scrape down the sides.

Pour

Pour the half and half into the cheese mixture and blend for 1-2 more minutes or until the cheese spread is completely smooth.

Refrigerate

Scrape the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serve

Serve with your favorite crackers and vegetables.
