Mac & Cheese

Why you'll love it

This amazing dish features our famous sauce & is smoked to perfection in under an hour.

What you need:

macaroni noodles sea salt unsalted butter all-purpose flour 2% milk cheddar cheese salt granulated garlic buffalo hot sauce

Prepare

Preheat your pellet smoker to 225°F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil & let pasta cook until just under al dente.

Make Roux

Heat dutch oven & melt butter. Whisk in flour until crumble forms. Slowly add milk & whisk until roux thickens.

Mix

Add cheese & whisk until melted. Add garlic, hot sauce, salt & pepper & mix well. Add noodles and mix until covered.

Smoke

Sprinkle additional ½ cup cheese over the top. Place on the smoker uncovered for 45 minutes – 1 hour, or until desired smokiness is achieved.
