white cheddar cheese

Saute
Whisk the eggs together until there are no chunks. Set aside. Turn your Instant Pot to saute & add olive oil. add garlic and onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Fill
Add 1/2 tsp. of the veggie mixture to egg bite mold. Add cheese and then fill each egg bite about 3/4 of the way full with egg.

Set
Add 1 cup of water to instant pot, place egg bite mold on top of trivet and seal IP. Set to high pressure for 10 minutes.

Serve
Quick release the Instant Pot to let out the pressure. Take the lid off and carefully remove the mold. Let cool and enjoy!
