white whole wheat flour
2% milk
brie wheel

Boil Pasta
Bring water to a boil and add pasta, stirring immediately. Cook until al dente. Remove 1/2 cup of pasta water and set strained noodles aside.

Create Roux
Add butter to sauce pan. Add garlic & salt and saute until garlic browns. Add flour and whisk until paste forms. Slowly pour in milk & whisk until thickened.

Add Cheese
Turn heat to low and add brie until melted & sauce is thick. Add salt, pepper & thyme to cheese sauce and mix!

Add Pasta
Pour pasta into cheese sauce & fold pasta into the sauce. Add a tablespoon or 2 of pasta water for a thinner sauce, if desired!
