Mix together the dry ingredients & set aside. Add the cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer & mix. Add the butter & sugar and cream until combined.

Roll
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 min. Then, roll out dough to a 1/2-inch thickness.

Cut
Cut with desired cookie cutter shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes. Then, place the sheet in the oven and bake.

Frost
Make your cream cheese frosting by combining cream cheese, butter, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Then, frost your cut outs!
