What you need:

Breadcrumbs

Make your breadcrumb topping by combining breadcrumbs, spices, and softened butter. Mix until a crumble is formed.

Cook Noodles

Follow the directions on the back of your mac and cheese box and cook noodles until they are just a little hard.

Caramelize Onions

Heat butter in a large pan. Then, add in diced onions and cook until caramelized.

Cheese Sauce

Melt butter in a pan. Then, add Greek yogurt, milk, and pasta water. Sprinkle in cheese and mix until thick and creamy.

Mix

Combine the noodles and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Mix until noodles are coated.

Bake

Transfer mac and cheese into a muffin tin. Press it down and sprinkle on breadcrumb topping. Bake at 400ΒΊF for 10 minutes.

Serve!

Let mac and cheese cups cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. If you serve them too soon, they will fall apart!
